Maskan Property is a residential developer working in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We take on a small number of projects at a time, and we design each one completely — structure, light, circulation and finish — in three dimensions before construction begins.

That discipline shows up in the details buyers actually live with: living rooms that face the right direction, balconies that are genuinely usable, services that stay out of sight, and a build programme that is shared openly with every family who reserves a home.
